5 Class Package: $110 (1 month)

10 Class Package: $210 (2 months)

20 Class package: $400 (4 months)

  1. Download Mindbody App and book your first class to become our client (no payment required).

  2. Fill out this form and make payments accordingly. 

  3. After verifying your payment, we will add the credits to your account and apply them to all unpaid bookings.

**Unlimited package holders are permitted up to three (3) late cancellations or no-shows per package. Exceeding this limit will result in ineligibility to purchase an unlimited package for the following month.

Terms & Conditions

  • Workshops are not included in class packages.

  • All sales are final and non-transferable.

  • Package credits may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Students are responsible for using all credits before the expiration date within the provided curriculum. Extensions are not granted, except in the case of injury with a valid doctor’s note.

  • Unlimited packages cannot be suspended or rolled over.

  • Unlimited package holders are permitted up to three (3) late cancellations or no-shows per package. Exceeding this limit will result in ineligibility to purchase an unlimited package for the following month.​

 

If you are unable to use your credits before they expire, the following options are available:

Credit Rollover

(Can be requested when you fill out a new package form)
If a new package is purchased within one (1) month of a previous package’s expiration, a limited number of expired credits may be converted into rollover credits. These credits will expire two (2) months from the date of the new purchase.

  • Up to one (1) class may be rolled over from a 5-class package

  • Up to two (2) classes may be rolled over from a 10- or 20-class package

 

Credit Suspension

(Can be requested with the form below)
Active credits may be suspended for a $15 fee (fee may be waived with a valid doctor’s note).

  • All credits within the same package must be suspended and reactivated together

  • Each package may be suspended only once

  • Suspended credits expire one (1) year from the suspension date

  • To reactivate suspended credits, please contact us via email

Suspension Request

  • All active credits may be suspended for a $15 fee (the fee may be waived with a valid doctor’s note).
