Workshops are not included in class packages. （Workshop不在课卡范围内。）

No extensions will be given. Roll-Over and Package Suspension are available upon request.（我们不提供任何形式的延长。但提供Roll-Over及Package Suspension。）
The expiration date is when you can no longer use the package. （课卡必须在过期日期前使用。过期日期当天不可使用。）
All packages must be activated within one year of purchase unless specified otherwise.（所有课卡必须在购买后的一年内激活。）

If your package expired with unused classes, you can purchase another package within a month from the expiration date to have the unused classes rolled over to your new package. You can roll over up to 2 classes from an expired 5 class package and 4 classes from an expired 10 class package. You can request a roll over by checking off this option on the package purchase form.
If an injury or any unexpected life changes occur, we can suspend your package for a $15 fee. The remaining classes and time on the package will be frozen until you decide to activate the package again. The package can remain deactivated for up to one year. Each package can be deactivated only once. Email to inquire or request.

Class Packages FAQ
Q: Can I use my class package for both locations?
A: Yes, unless the package specifies otherwise.
Q: Can I use my class package on the expiration date?
A: No. You have to use the package before the expiration date indicated in the system.
Q: Can I ask for an extension if I can't finish my package?
A: We do not offer any extensions. Please check out our package roll-over and suspension policy as alternatives.
Q: Can I buy multiple packages at once?
A: Yes, as long as you select an activation date. You can change this date in the future but you must activate the package within a year of purchase.
