Cancellation Policy

Drop in Classes:​

• Cancellation with more than 1 hour notice - Class Credit 

• Cancellation with less than 1 hour notice - Forfeit Class

• Non-transferrable. No refunds unless class is cancelled by the studio

Workshops:​​

• No refund or credit for cancellation.

• Transferrable with more than 24 hour notice via email, must provide name of the new attendee.

Intensives, Events, and Performance Projects may have different cancellation policies.

1. Students are responsible for their own cancellation. You can log into your account to make a cancellation within cancellation window, or email us to make a request. If you cancel by email, the time in which we receive the email will be used as your time of cancellation.

2. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email with further steps to receive a class credit for any paid single class (one month expiration). Classes booked with packages will be returned automatically.​

3. If you are running over 20 minutes late, please notify us via email.

1. 学员必须自行取消课程。你可以登录你的账户在指定时间内取消，或是给我们发邮件取消。如果发邮件取消，我们收到邮件的时间则是你的取消时间。

2. 成功取消后，你会收到我们的自动邮件，按提示回复邮件可获取class credit。课卡的课程会自动退还。

3. 如果迟到超过20分钟，请以邮件通知我们。
