• Package credits are activated upon purchase.

• Workshops are not included in class packages. 

• All sales are final and non-transferable. 

• Package credits can only be used by the account holder who purchased them.

• Students are responsible for finishing their package credits before expiration with provided curriculum. No extensions with the exception of injuries with a doctor's note provided.

• If you have trouble finishing your credits before expiration, you options are: ​

Roll Over​​​​

• If your package expired with unused classes, you can purchase another package within 30 days from the expiration date to have the unused classes rolled over to your new package.

• You can roll over up to 2 classes from an expired 5 class package and 4 classes from an expired 10 (or more) class package. ​

Credit Suspension​​

• You can suspend all active credits on your account with a $15 fee.

• The remaining credits and time left on the package will be the same when you reactivate your credits. 

• Credits from the same package must be suspended and activated together.

• The package can remain deactivated for up to one year.

• Each package can be deactivated only once. ​

• To reactivate your credits, simply email us on the day you plan to activate your credits.​​​
