Terms & Conditions

• Package credits are activated upon purchase.

• Workshops are not included in class packages. 

• All sales are final and non-transferable. 

• Package credits can only be used by the account holder who purchased them.

• Students are responsible for finishing their package credits before expiration with provided curriculum. No extensions with the exception of injuries with a doctor's note provided.

• Unlimited Package cannot be suspended or rolled over.

• If you cannot finish your credits before they expire, you options are: ​

Credit Rollover

• If you purchase a new package within one month after an old package expires, we can convert expired credits into roll over credits with two month expiration from the date of purchase.

• You can roll over 1 class from a 5 class package and 2 classes from a 10 or 20 class package.​

Credit Suspension ​​

• You can suspend all active credits on your account with a $15 fee (can be waived by doctors note).

• Suspended credits from the same package must be activated together.

• Each package can only be suspended once. ​

• Suspended credits will expire after one year. You can email us to reactivate your credits.
