  • Please read our cancellation policies before booking a class.

  • Payment methods: venmo/zelle/cash for single class bookings, credit cards are for packages only. If you do not have payment apps, please bring cash to pay in person.

  • Please make all inquiries by emailing pjmdancenyc@gmail.com.

  • General admin hours:

    • ​Monday through Friday: 2pm-9pm​
    • Saturday and Sunday: 11am-7pm

​Tips for booking class:​

  • No payments will be taken at the booking site. Payments must be send separately with instructions provided at booking.

  • ​To find PJM's homepage on VERSD, just click on the logo VERSD to go to the main page and search PJM Dance NYC.

Cancellation Policy

Drop in Classes:​
• Cancellation with more than 1 hour notice - Class Credit 
• Cancellation with less than 1 hour notice - Forfeit Class
• Non-transferrable
• No refunds unless class is cancelled by the studio

Workshops and Events:​​
• No refund or credit for cancellation
• Transferrable with more than 24 hour notice via email, must provide name of the new attendee
 
Cancellation steps:
• To cancel class, please email pjmdancenyc@gmail.com within cancellation window. DMs or other ways of messaging WILL NOT be considered valid cancellation requests.

• In your cancellation request, please provide the payment method and name to help us identify your payment for the specific class in order to issue a credit to you. Credits from packages will be returned automatically.​

When class is cancelled by the studio, your package credits will be returned automatically. If you paid with Venmo or Zelle for the class, please let us know if you prefer a refund or credit (30 days expiration) along with your account information needed for us to issue the refund.

If you are running over 20 minutes late, please notify us via email.
